Full Time Senior Finance Administrator | £26,000 - £28,000 | Wigan
**Your new company**
Our client are a healthcare company based in the centre of Pemberton.
**Your new role**You will be reporting directly to the Financial controller and assisting with all things finance, this could range from processing invoices, assisting with month end duties, cost accounting & VAT calculations. The key resposibilities are listed below:
- Purchase Ledger - Assist with invoice Processing and the administration of the Purchase ledger docuware system. (Anota)
- Dealing with Supplier queries
- Maintenance and update monthly sales data in Excel and calculation of sales commissions
- Monthly Vat using MTD software
- Nominal Analysis in Excel
- Sales Commission calculations
- Fixed Asset Register update
- Shortages and WIP
- Updating Sales spreadsheet to aid with the Accounting month end
- Credit Card Statement distribution and analysis of returned receipts for input into the Accounts.
- Following up and chasing non compliance
- Cost Accounting on a monthly basis - updating costs and ensuring this is kept up to date.
- As the role progresses other aspects will be included such as Accounts Preparation work, stock control analysis.
- Check sales orders and Invoices for errors before they are sent to customers
