**Financial Administrator**

We are looking for a Financial Administrator to join our clients team working for a nationwide wide brand in the recycling industry

**Duties**
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks to support the financial operations of the organization
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
- Conduct data entry and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Handle phone calls and inquiries related to financial matters with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, manage calendars, and make travel arrangements for the finance team

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in a similar role as a Financial Administrator or related position
- Strong clerical and administrative skills with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to computerize financial data accurately and efficiently
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail
- Experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Wigan, WN2 5TB (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Wigan, WN2 5TB: Relocate before starting work (required)
