**Job Description**:

- Working collaboratively and iteratively within a multi-disciplinary team
- Leading growth of the stakeholder engagement service, consultation and communications across AECOM, with a focus on providing advice and support to teams across the UK
- Building relationships across AECOM’s wider business to identify and develop opportunities
- Leading the identification of new business opportunities and associated proposal development
- Managing junior members of the team and supporting their growth and development

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Requirements:

- Extensive experience delivering engagement, consultation and communications in a relevant sector to our business - for example: transport, energy, water, residential development, commercial development
- Experience of managing and developing successful teams and a passion for helping people maximise their potential
- Confidence engaging variety of stakeholder groups
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience of Microsoft Teams tools is desirable
- Willingness to work flexibly and travel when required is desirable
