About the Job

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a fast-paced finance environment? As a Document Processing Associate at Aspion, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our finance processes.

Your key responsibilities will include managing the receipt and processing of finance documentation, obtaining and verifying additional information, and collaborating with the accounts team to confirm payment methods.

You will also identify and address any discrepancies or potential fraud, resolving payout issues swiftly. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage the receipt and processing of finance documentation for all applications.
  2. Obtain and verify any additional information needed from clients or internal stakeholders, updating all relevant systems accordingly.
  3. Collaborate with the accounts team to confirm payment methods, clear deposit cheques, and handle remittances.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a financial back-office, administrative or customer service-based role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
