- Effectively managing invoices from multiple suppliers, ensuring timely processing.
- Maintaining accurate financial records by verifying invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Conducting thorough reconciliations of supplier statements with ledger balances.
- Efficiently managing payment runs and maintaining precise ledgers.
- Preparation of multiple bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
- Ensuring accurate reconciliation of monthly expenses, company credit cards, and petty cash, and posting entries into the accounting system.
- Supporting sales ledger processing and credit control functions.
- Liaising with the finance department to address any additional tasks as required.
Salary: approximately £34,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
