Manufacturing Process Excellence Engineer

We are looking for a talented Manufacturing Process Excellence Engineer to join our team at the Institute of the Motor Industry. Limited in South Yorkshire.
In this role, you will play a key part in improving our manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving business growth.
- Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing Lean principles, developing and maintaining documentation, conducting audits, and leading team members to achieve company objectives.
You will work closely with the Quality Manager to ensure that all processes are aligned with industry best practices and company policies.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Implementing Lean principles and Kaizen events
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records
- Conducting internal audits
- Leading team members to achieve company objectives
Required Skills:
