We are currently recruiting a Screening Administrator to join our HR team based in the E14 London office Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm times are flexible.

The position will be responsible for the coordination and management of employee screening to the British Standard 7858. The role demands a meticulous eye for detail and to operate in a strictly confidential manner. The role will support the senior leadership team in compliance and risk management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Point of escalation for any queries about individual Screening/Vetting queries.
- Completing DBS checks
- Ensuring Screening/Vetting forms are completed correctly as a pre-screening check before submission to the client, to ensure process efficiency.
- Implementation and communication of renewal dates 6 months ahead of any expiry dates and management of information flow accordingly.
- Communication of company and individual failed/revoked Screening/Vetting.
- Attending weekly client Screening/Vetting coordination meetings.
- Monthly KPI Reporting data report production.

**About You**:

- Applicants must have the right to live and work in the UK and have a 5-year checkable work/educational history
- Discretion and confidentiality is essential.
- Be Confident with customers, suppliers, and employees.
- Have Excellent communication skills including presentation and report production.

Remuneration

£12.00 per hour, paid holidays, and pension scheme NEST. The position may suit a single parent or those looking to supplement their current income. 12-month contract which we may extend.
