Office administrator - Full time - Permanent role - Ferrybridge near Knottingly
- £11.00 ph - wages are paid weekly

- ** Initially job will be office based in Ferrybridge, however after training is completed you will be offered the option to work from home)**

**Job Duties**:
Speaking to customers over the phone, arranging maintenance work to be carried out at customer addresses, data entry work, setting up new maintenance and repair claims for housing repair plus raising purchase order numbers and carrying out general office administration work.

**You must have the following experience and attributes**:

- Very good office administration experience
- Confident telephone manner
- Very good customer contact experience
- Very good data entry and date input experience
- Experience of raising purchase order numbers
- Good all round office administration skills and computer literacy
- Willing to start work ASAP (within reason)

£11.00 per hour - wages paid on a weekly basis 09.00 - 5pm - Monday to Friday

**Role will be initially office based in Ferrybridge - however, after training is completed there is the option to work from home**
