On behalf of our well established and successful client, an opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to join their office team.

This role would be well suited to somebody with some (min 2 years) Administration experience, who is looking to progress to the next level.

Main duties will include:

- Processing customer orders
- Processing and filing of Purchase Ledger invoices
- Taking incoming calls, taking accurate messages and forwarding calls and making call backs where necessary
- Opening and distributing post
- Generating customer invoices
- Filing company documents (manual and electronic)
- Greeting visitors and organising refreshments
- Supporting other office staff
- Observing good quality practices in relation to documentation
- Observing and reporting any health and safety issues

Skills and experience required:

- Attention to detail
- Team worker
- Flexible attitude to work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience within Office Administration (2 years minimum)

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Heywood, Greater Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 2 years (required)
