We are currently working with a huge client based in Heywood who specialize in Freight and Logistics. They have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join their team.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 7am-7pm - 35 hours per week.

Key Duties:

In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Provide support with the purchase ledger
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries
  • Resolving any discrepancies and escalating them to the Management Accountant
  • Processing payments by BACs and electronic payments
  • Prepare payment runs
  • Maintaining accurate financial records

Profile:

  • Understanding of financial management practices
  • Proficient in accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience within a similar role is beneficial
