**Your new role**: A great opportunity has arisen for this newly created role of Project Administrator. Reporting to the Customer Project Director, your key role will be the principal point of contact for customers and coordinate all projects/orders ensuring customer service is maintained at all times.

**Other day to day duties will include**:

- Acting as the main point of contact for customers to include pre-sales, aftersales and warranty period
- Project coordination
- Establishing and maintaining KPI’s
- Working closely with Engineering, Production and Purchasing departments
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers
- Managing customer expectations and providing regular updates on progress of projects
- Ensuring orders are manufactured to design and to plan and to agreed timescales and updating relevant stakeholders on any problems / challenges
- Dealing with queries and problems through to resolution
- Ensuring Health & Safety regulations are met, identifying and communicating to the appropriate stakeholders
- Providing assistance during customer visits, coordinating and assisting with customer training
- Ensuring project snags are addressed following installation
- Keeping accurate and organised records of projects

**Skills, experience and qualifications required**:

- Strong administration, project coordination and organisational skills
- Strong communication with excellent problem solving skills
- Strong IT skills in particular with Microsoft Office
- SAP or SAP Business 1 would be highly desirable
- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
- Ability to develop and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with colleagues and customers
- Ability to juggle the administration of multiple projects
