IT Sales Business Development Manager. / Account Manager. Microsoft Infrastructure, Cloud and Security

£36,000 to £46,000 + Uncapped Commission at 10% of all sales + Benefits

My client is an well established and growing technology VAR, offering IT infrastructure refresh solutions and MSP services to the mid-market across the UK and are looking to expand their Sales team with a IT Sales BDM to win, maintain and grow IT productand service based customers, offering a full range of MS stack, network and security based solutions. You will work with both existing and new customers, carrying out a tailored sales process to ensure proposed solutions will be the best fit for a customer'sneeds.

They are looking for a self-starter who enjoys working autonomously and is naturally driven by both achieving sales targets and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Day to day you will:
Generate and manage business development pipeline activity and networking

Proactively working with Telecoms account manager for any potential IT opportunities

Liaise with the technical team to ensure proposals are technically sound

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth project roll out

Acting as a point of contact through the deployment and account management stages to ensure a positive customer onboarding experience

Working with internal departments to promote cross selling across company product portfolio wherever possible (business mobile, telephony)

Managing accounts introduced to thew company; keeping in regular contact and carrying out quarterly account reviews

Keep abreast of all product development, ensuring your product knowledge remains current

Best practice use of the company CRM

Work within some great company business values, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout
