Sales Order Administrator

Good telephone customer service experience within an order processing environment? This is the perfect opportunity for the right applicant to become an integral part of a very established and successful company. Join a fast-paced team, where you can growwith the business.

You will be responsible for managing existing accounts and liaising with new customers (no cold calling). You'll be the point of contact for quotes, placing and processing orders through to delivery.

**What theSales Order Administratorbe doing?**
- Processing orders (using Sage) from point of placement to point of delivery
- Liaising with Production department to ensure delivery deadlines are met
- Problem solving and complaint resolution
- Building relationships with customers and delivering outstanding customer service;
- Accurately administrating orders from quote to delivery
- Ensuring any customer queries are dealt with in a timely, friendly and professional manner;
- Any recurring issues or areas of concern to be highlighted to the Customer Service Manager;
- Liaising with internal production and despatch functions, as well as Courier Companies;
- Attending Meetings
- Escalating complaints to the Account Managers
- Upselling and cross selling products, where possible

**What does theSales Order Administratorneed?**
- 2 years previous office experience within a busy, fast paced environment.
- Experience in high volume order processing is highly advantageous
- Computer literate (Sage advantageous)
- Experience of working in an office environment where priorities are constantly changing
- Focused on timely delivery and achievement of customer satisfaction
- Excellent levels of written and spoken English

- £18,000 to £23,000 DOE
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays

- Hours 08:30 - 5:30pm - 1 hr lunch
