Our client is looking for a Sales Office Administrator who is calm, professional and has the personality that will assist in developing strong relationships with customers.

This is an office based role.

**Sales Office Administrator Benefits**:

- Free parking
- 37 hour week, finishing at 13.00hrs on Fridays
- Workplace Pension: 4% Employer and 4% required by Employee
- DIS 2 x annual salary
- 25 days plus bank holidays, increasing to 26 days after completion of 5 years’ service. Thereafter increasing by one day for each complete 5 years’ service up to a maximum of 30 days.

**Sales Office AdministratorMain Responsibilities**:

- Sales order processing
- Daily business website monitoring and reporting
- Ensure all visitors are met and hosted according to procedures
- Dealing with client queries
- Arranging travel, hotel, care hire, etc. to support business travel
- Compiliation of financial sales figures

- Excellent customer relationship building abilities and understanding
- Customer service or sales administrative background
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to be persuasive and procure buy-in from stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of different business functions
- Highly organised, with the ability to coordinate and delegate
- Good interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Good time management with smart presentation
- Computer literate and ideally awareness of web-based marketing and social media
- Proactive nature
- Willingness to learn
