Assistant Director of Admissions

**General Description of Post**:
To maintain and operate Brooke House College’s admissions process.
**Purpose**:
Responsibility for the high-level administration of new student enrolment for the College working in conjunction with and deputising for the Director of Admissions.
**Main duties**:
- Act as the Director of Admissions’ deputy and provide assistance whenever necessary
- When required, conduct meetings with new entrants, their educational agent and/or parents and exchange feedback after the visit
- Assist the Director of Admissions in the provision of feedback to educational agents and/or parents following the assessments and scholarship entrance exams
- Provide admissions reports and statistics as and when required
- Provide admissions counselling to potential students and their educational agents and/or parents
- Responsibility for input & maintenance of all necessary student records and notes on iSAMS and ensuring MIS is kept up to date & compliant with the College’s policy on data protection
- Ensure that student immigration records are kept up to date on iSAMS and ensure compliance with UKVI on sponsor license requirements
- Provide UKVI Compliance document reports for regular immigration audits
- Following such training as may be required, become conversant with UKVI Tier 4 visa regulations, to keep abreast of changes and developments as these come into effect, and assist the Director of Admissions in ensuring that the College’s policy and procedures are fully Tier 4 compliant with the latest regulations
- Assist with student enrolments to the academic year. To include producing offer letters, visa letters, CAS statements, deposit invoices, collating arrival/departure details and sending out all pre-arrival information packs
- Coordinate visits to Brooke House College of prospective students and their educational agent and/or parents and provide information about current and potential students for the Senior management Team
- Coordinate Familiarisation (FAM) visits to Brooke House College for current/prospective educational agents
- Contribute to the College’s Social Media presence and digital marketing
- Provide College Reception cover when required
- Undertake up to 28 days on international marketing trips
