An independent Financial Planning firm in Plymouth, experiencing consistent growth and fostering a tight-knit team environment are looking for a Senior Administrator to join their team.

As a Senior IFA Admin, you'll play a pivotal role in client servicing, new business processing, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You'll support financial advisors in delivering exceptional service to our clients while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

This role would suit an individual with previous administrative experience in a Financial Advice practice, who is looking for a more progressive environment.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- **Client Servicing**: Prepare new business and client review packs, assist in client portfolio valuations, and ensure clients are always treated fairly.
- **Processing New Business**: Record and process all new business submissions accurately, liaise with product providers, and manage follow-up tasks efficiently.
- **Managing Correspondence**: Maintain organized client files, manage incoming and outgoing documentation, and ensure all client-facing correspondence is proofread and accurate.
- **Company Compliance**: Ensure all tasks adhere to FCA regulatory requirements, handle complaints, follow anti-money laundering procedures, and highlight any compliance concerns to senior management.
- **Team Management**: Mentor and assist junior administrators in their development, facilitate knowledge and skills transfer, and provide support to the team as needed.

**About You**:

- 1+ years' experience in a similar role within Wealth Management (required)
- Level 4 Diploma qualified or working towards (desirable)
- A client-focussed approach
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
