Weare seeking two Senior Employee Relations Administrators to joinour growing People Management team. The successful candidates willwork in partnership with staff management and union representativesproviding support and guidance on all employee relations mattersboth formal andinformal.

Requirements
  • Coping:.Thiswill be a challenging role so you will need to remain focussed andcomposed at alltimes.
  • Encouraging:You will build rapport with both staff and managers toensure that everyone is treated fairly. You will ensure thatinteractions are constructive and cooperative even in challengingsituations.
  • Influencing:You will need to be confident inmanaging alternative viewpoints and be assertive in handlingobjections andchallenges.
  • Organising:You will need to manage conflicting demands on yourtime whilst being mindful of adherence to timescales and policies.You will be dealing with multiple issues at once and you will beresponsible for documenting recording and maintaining informationfor eachcase.

What Will You Bring to the Role? Adapting:.You will need to adaptto changing priorities and be flexible in your approach to yourwork.
