Office Administrator/Accounts Person
Quadra Solutions Ltd specialise in CAD software solutions for mechanical, construction and PCB design industries. We provide PCB manufacturing and assembly services, consultancy, training and technical support and house one of the largest PCB design bureaux in the UK and Europe.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual to work as part of a small, internal admin team.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
Providing administrative support for all aspects of the company to ensure efficient operation of the office; answering the phone, logging support calls, incoming/outgoing mail, meet and greet visitors
Sales order processing, raising purchase orders, raising sales invoices and posting on Sage, generating delivery notes, despatching goods
Credit control including debt collection, customer statements and posting income on Sage
Raising purchase orders, matching delivery notes to POs, match and post purchase invoices on Sage, supplier statement reconciliation, raising payments and remittance advices to suppliers
Reconcile and post company credit cards
Liaise with internal staff at all levels
To be considered for this position we are looking for someone with:
Proven experience in a similar role
Proficient in the use of Microsoft systems
Established Sage user
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills
Working hours are 37.5 hours a week with 1pm finish on Friday’s
Holidays - 22 days plus bank holidays
