**German speaking HR Advisor**

**Manchester, office based, could consider hybrid**

**Salary £35K or above. Based on experience and previous salary**

I am working with a female focused, on trend ecommerce business who are doing great things in Germany.

**Duties**
- Supporting employees with HR queries
- Dealing with a range of tickets
- Staying on top of German HR regs
- Processing leavers or;
- Processing new starters
- Project based HR work, dealing with specific cases
- Managing annual leave programme and keeping tracks of holidays for large sets of employees
- Linking with payroll and finance to make sure the new starter process runs smoothly
- Contract work -inputting details and making sure they are all right
- Communicating with the UK team to make sure everything is done
- Providing a first-class service to internal stakeholders
- Sensitively managing difficult cases

**The person we are looking for**
- Fluent German and English language skills
- Must ideally have some experience in HR or a HR degree
- Your CV should show relevancy for a HR role in general
- If you are working towards a CIPD or have done this qual - great
- Must be accurate at inputting contract data
- Must be able to take initiative and take action on things
- Must be a great communicator
- Ability to manage your own workload
- Must be able to deal with a fast-paced ecommerce environment
