A great chance to work with a company that have a superb reputation and have a great history built on many years of success. They are looking for an HR & Recruitment Assistant to join them and this role will be supporting the HR Manger.

**The role**:
A hands on role working with and supporting the HR Manager dealing with:

- Updating and creating job descriptions
- Advertise job ads on job boards, careers pages and social media channels
- Liaise with people inside and outside of the company
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files
- Onboarding planning with department managers
- Dealing with queries

**What you need to be successful**:
This is a great role for someone who has some experience in HR or Recruitment or perhaps both added to which they are looking for someone who has experience or knowledge within:

- Scheduling interviews
- Onboarding processes.
- Hr administrations

Good organisational and time management skills, an ability to work in a busy environment and come with a fast paced and fast moving business.
