Community Case Management Services Ltd is a nationwide company based in Blackwell, Shipston on Stour. We have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Office Administrator to join our established head office team.
We are looking for an experienced administrator highly proficient in:
- Microsoft Excel
- Supporting implementation of a new case management & accounts systems
- Preparation & review of client and key contact data
- Reviewing existing data for accuracy
- Team work to contribute to the development of new working procedures
Essential skills that you will need to bring to the role:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communications
You will also be a great team player and provide administration support to our head office team as required. You will develop a good understanding of all roles to assist during times of absence, as well as at key times when business needs require. The administration team ensure that all case management documentation and correspondence meets CCMS Ltd quality standards.
You will need proficient and established IT skills to efficiently use Microsoft Office, cloud-based file storage, online systems and our CRM database.
As you will be joining a small established office team, you will need to be a confident communicator and willing to learn. Our work can be fast paced, however we strive to create a fun and effective working environment, so as well as being highly professional, a fun, friendly and approachable attitude is essential
Hourly rate £12.00
