Office Assistant

We are a small building and maintenance company who work for letting agents and landlords in Leeds. Our office is based on Burley Road, Leeds 4.
We are looking for an individual to join our team part time to assist our office manager in the day to day running of the office.
The individual we are looking will have some designated tasks but other requirements may often arise and it will be essential to be flexible with your daily routine.
- The individual should have an excellent telephone manner and enjoy chatting to people on the telephone and making and receiving calls.
- The individual will be using our systems in place within the office such a Fixflo, Xero and our own filing systems. Training will be provided in this.
- The individual will be a problem solver and must be able to be adaptable as we are a small office team and on occasions are required to take on other tasks.
- The individual will need to have great organisational skills and timekeeping.
We may also need you to do overtime if we are busy or the office manager is on holiday.

Holiday allowance will be calculated on the amount of hours the individual works a week.
Part time - 16 - 25 hours.
