My client, who was founded back over 10 years ago, has one aim which is to offer high quality and flexible office based solutions to a range of businesses all over the country. The office solutions have been specifically designed to maximise and promotewellbeing in the workplace. Due to high business demand and great success, my client is on the look out to recruit a Centre Assistant on a full time, permanent basis working Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM

**The main requirements of the role will be**:

- Dealing with customers on a daily basis and making sure all enquiries are dealt with within specific time frames
- Working on an extremely busy reception desk providing a front of house service
- Booking in and setting up multiple meeting rooms
- Making sure the office is a safe and pleasant working environment
- General administrative and property management tasks
- Being the first point of contact for all customers

**Skills and Experience needed**:

- Brilliant communication skills
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Quick thinker with good problem solving skills
- A proactive, people person
- Good Microsoft office skills including word, excel and power point
- Good written and verbal skills
