**Reports to the Banking Operations - Senior Administrator**

The purpose of this position is to support the Client Facing Teams and the Banking Operations Team (BOT) in completing business as usual banking activities whilst adhering to the Banking Relationships Framework.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist the BOT in supporting Client Facing Teams with banking queries.
- Assist in maintaining the Banking site on SharePoint.
- Assist the team in preparing announcements.
- Assist the administrators in reviewing the Banking Support and Online Banking Mailboxes.
- Log banking Incidents, breaches, or complaints.
- Assist the Banking Support Team with distribution of the Authorised Signatory Lists to Banks

**Skills, knowledge, expertise**:

- Positive and proactive approach
- Basic technical knowledge (relevant in-house training to be provided through the Aztec Academy)
- Computer literacy skills and interpersonal skills are essential.

We will provide the training, both in house for relevant technical knowledge and also professional qualifications to enhance your professional development. You will need to be quick to learn new systems and be great with people, as close working relationships between our colleagues and clients is at the heart of what we do.
