**About the Opportunity**

We are looking for a Resourcing Lead for the NNEP Framework at AWE within Field Solutions.

This role is a critical role for the successful delivery and enablement of the NNEP Framework with our Client AWE. In this role, you will be expected to:
- Deliver, implement and lead the continual development (and review) of the Resourcing Strategy. Draw on and engage with the internal and external market to ensure we are aware of market trends, risks and opportunities.
- To have a relentless focus on our recruitment activity 6-12 months out - working collaboratively with the front end and delivery teams to understand changing resource requirements.
- To manage the end-to-end process from identification of role to onboarding and induction of all joiners to the Framework (new and internal hires);
- To ensure understanding and compliance of all people managers and hiring managers of the strategy we are working to, and what is expected of them both technically and behaviourally.
- To manage and lead the Resourcing Managers (and wider resourcing team) to ensure the framework has the right people, at the right time - again aligned to the resourcing strategy and supported by reliable data.
- To create and produce accurate and reliable data on the profile of our resource base on the Framework - to help us to deliver the right blend of resource aligned to the strategy.
- Working with the Resourcing team, identify solutions to hard to recruit roles or skillsets, collaborating with Talent Acquisition, our colleagues across the wider Jacobs organisation, and where appropriate our strategic partners.
- To share annual resource plans, and to collaborate with our Talent Acquisition colleagues to drive innovation in the way we resource the framework. Whilst also working collaboratively across Field Solutions and the wider Jacobs organisation to share and drive best practice and excellence.
