This long standing and reputable group are seeking a administrative assistant to join their friendly team. This is a great job for those who like to undertake a variety of tasks and can multi-task with ease.

As an administrative assistant you’ll be expected to turn your hand to various jobs whilst maintaining a professional attitude at all times. Duties will include data entry skills, including spreadsheets, databases and stock control. Answering incoming calls and general admin.

Your role will involve assisting all departments with sales and administrative duties, involving communicating with customers, receiving and processing orders and after sales activities.

**Main Duties**
- Data Entry
- Sales order Invoicing
- Answering the telephone
- Updating company database(s)
- Contacting customers and suppliers when needed for copy statements etc and signed POD's etc
- Maximise efficient use of the company computer system
- Support the current team with any administrative duties.
- Sorting Post
- Filing and Archiving
- Assisting all departments

**Essential skills**

No experience necessary you will be trained on the job. Must be reliable, punctual, great attention to detail and organised.

3 Month Review

Annual Leave : 28 Days per year

Working Hours are Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm Friday 8am-4pm
