General Administration department strategy is to deliver excellent general administrative services to the whole Bank covering different functions including project management, facilities, logistic and events, admin and central filing, systems, commercial property and security operations, residential and commercial property management. As an Assistant - Facilities, you will assist with the management of fixed assets in the Facilities function within General Administration department. This is a full time permanent position.

**Key responsibilities**
- Manage the fixed assets administration including fixed asset transfer, disposal and allocation
- Carry out due diligence checks on relevant suppliers and process supplier invoices
- Manage WFH (Work From Home) devices allocation
- Assist with WFH equipment claims
- Support events and help to negotiate corporate rate contracts with hotels on an annual basis
- Support reports for Head Office and with any internal/external audits
- Assist with department policy and procedure update

**Requirements**:

- Degree educated in Business, Finance, Accounting or other equivalent
- Experience within the Financial Services industry and proven track record in similar area
- Knowledge of purchasing and business expenses procedures
- Customer service skills
- Negotiation skills
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent administrative skills
- Team player
- Ability to form good relationships with different types of stakeholders within the department and the wider Bank
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
