**Salary depending on experience**:£23,000 - £25,000K per Annum.

**Working hours**: 37.5 hours per week, Mon to Fri, between the hours of 8am to 5pm (8-4.30 and 8.30-5). With a 1-hour break per day.

**Hybrid working -** 2 days home and 3 days in the office ** Please note - All new staff must be able to work full time in the office at the start, whilst training.**

We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established British Retail Manufacturing business who provides high quality products, fittings, and accessories across the globe. This role would be working as part of the Contracts/Specifications team within Customer service. The company is currently based in Cheddar, North Somerset. However, this company is relocating to Bridgwater, Somerset from July 2024.

**Job Responsibilities & Duties**
- Accurately assess, measure, and advise internal audience on stock situations to aid delivery on requirements.
- Manage the order cycle, processing in a timely and accurate manner using the ERP system, to include Order confirmation communication, monitor order status, communicating any issues/delays to customers.
- Dispatch orders as required to meet customers expected delivery dates.
- Follow up on stock queries/ investigation resolutions.
- Keep track of outstanding projects, to keep customer updated.
- Complaint management
- Organise and follow up on any appropriate action further to a customer query.
- Investigate and resolve invoice queries.
- Follow company processes and keep up to date with the Terms & Conditions and the Customers’ Contract Agreements
- Communicate effectively with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Identify opportunities to improve service and feedback on potential challenges and root cause analysis.

**Ideal Skills & Experience.**

- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Problem solving & Analytical skills.
