- 6 Month Maternity Cover Office Admin
- Location : Huyton
- Wages: Starting : £10.42 - 14.00 (depending on experience)
- 18Hrs
- Working Days: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (can be flexible)
- Shift Pattern: 9.00am - 3.00pm

**Key responsibilities**
- Maintenance and development of relationships with new and existing customers.
- Following up of incoming leads from various platforms, including telephone and website.
- Extensive work on excel, including the daily update of numerical figures.
- Liaising with internal members of staff, regarding despatch of orders and queries.
- Interpret, produce, and process orders with consistent accuracy and within tight timescales, using internal systems.
- Ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Some general office and kitchen area cleaning daily as required.
- Ordering kitchen supplies for staff and visitors.

Skills required

Our business is looking for a highly motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic person.
- Ideally driving licence access to car for some office equipment pick-ups
- Office experience is necessary.
- Good interpersonal skills, and the ability to liaise with people across a wide range of levels and responsibilities.
- Must be computer literate with attention to detail and accuracy. Must have experience of detailed excel spreadsheets, word etc.
- Ability to manage time, organise workload and balance priorities on an hourly basis.
- Reliable and flexible
- Good English, Maths, IT skills

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18 per week

**Salary**: £10.60-£14.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
