Employee Benefits CRM Team Leader

We are currently recruiting for a CRM Team Leader to join our Employee Benefits team, on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a hybrid role; the successful applicant will be expected to regularly work from the one of our Scotland based offices, with some flexibility on remote working. We are recruiting for: Aberdeen, Glasgow, or Edinburgh.
THE ROLE
The Employee Benefits team manage a diverse range of clients on all employee benefits from auto enrolment pension arrangements to full flexible benefit packages.
- REQUIREMENTS- experience of team management and development-
- minimum of 5 years’ experience across pensions, risk, and healthcare products-
- professional qualifications, or willingness to undertake relevant study-
- experience of working in a client facing role-
- the ability to communicate at all levels in a clear, concise, and professional manner-
- strong organisational and administrative skills-
- ability to research, analyse and interpret a diverse range of informationRESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- managing of resources in line with the needs of the business / client / employee-
- motivating the team to achieve goals, objectives, and targets of both a company and personal nature-
- staff performance management including day to day people management-
- ensuring the section is appropriately staffed-
- managing and ensuring that all work is completed in a timely manner-
- working effectively with the consultancy team to ensure a high level of client service delivery-
- appropriate allocation of clients including new business coming into the team to deliver efficient servicing-
- communicating and working effectively with other managers to maximise efficiencythe post holder will proactively comply with and promote all organisation policies, in particular those relating to Equality and Diversity and Health & SafetyBENEFITS YOU GET IN RETURN
