Reed is pleased to be representing a well-respected Financial Services business who due to growth, are now looking for an experienced Employee Benefits Support Administrator to join their established team. You will have experience in supporting Plannersto maintain a portfolio of employee benefits and in liaising with policy holders.

You will be experienced in the following:

- Prepare documentation for client appointments / meetings
- Undertake office duties, such as filing, post, stock and order systems, minute taking
- Completion of client reports
- Send prepared investment information / reports to clients
- Respond to client administrative inquiries, face to face, virtually or by letter
- Develop processes to support paraplanners and Financial advisors
- Maintain the integrity of ‘ Model Office’ processes and databases
- Participate in Supervision
- Liaise with providers with necessary and communicate outcomes
- Assist with the retention and development of client relationships
- Ensure client information on database is accurate at all times
- Provide support to the wider business to enable delivery of excellent customer service

Professional skills and qualifications
- Previous experience in employee benefits and/ or group pension administration
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Good administration and numeracy skills with high degree of accuracy
- IT literate, a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel packages is essential
- Knowledge of Adviser Office is desirable but not essential
- NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration is desirable
