We're constantly hiring for a range of freelance event staff & event managers to join our delivery team.

As freelance event crew or event managers you will be part of an exciting industry delivering indoor and outdoor team building events across the UK. Whether that's an It's a Knockout inflatable experience, The Crystal Maze, interactive GPS treasure hunts, or a re creation of The Apprentice.

All of our events are fully mobile. Teams meet at our Poole office and travel to each unique event location via our transport. You would meet the team on event in London.

Typical duties as event staff may include:

- Unloading & setting up equipment for a variety of team building events
- Instructing and delivering the activities & events
- Interacting with clients to ensure they have an amazing experience
- Managing the safe delivery of each designated activity
- Packing down and loading kit

Working on a freelance capacity, our operations team will be in constant contact with ongoing dates for new events as they confirm. No experience is necessary. Full training will be given on our huge variety of events.

You will need to find your own way to an event. We will cover the cost of travel to and from an event.

Pay starts at £100 per day, but may increase due to the varying duration of the events.
