- Strong Growth Marketing experience within travel, events or hospitality (ideally);
- Experience with digital media platforms;
- Being able to manage multiple deadlines competing for your time and resources;

Tickitto has created a world-leading B2B ticketing platform that allows people around the world to access everything they want to do for fun outside of their homes.

We’re looking to add a strong allrounder to help us develop our marketing capability across our B2B, B2B2C and DTC propositions. You will need a deep understanding and wealth of experience with the growth principles that underpin all three.

***About Your New Role as our Growth Marketing Lead**:
Your focus is split across three core propositions. We’ve outlined some of the accountabilities you’ll have in each area so as to give a flavour of your day-to-day:
**B2B**:

- Create, develop, monitor, and assess the effectiveness of the Tickitto marketing strategy in collaboration.
- Find innovative and new channels to raise Tickitto inbound sales inquiries.
- Manage your interactions with Tickitto and Group's Data Division's Marketing & Web to get the best results.
- Find the Tickitto’s distributor success stories and share them.
- Control the content, design, and accessibility of Tickitto’s website, ensuring that they meet high standards for user-friendliness.
- Use SEO on your own to generate inbound sales leads.
- Monitor the marketing initiatives and messaging of rival companies. Educating the larger team and adjusting our own plan as necessary.
- Coordinate press releases from Tickitto with the appropriate stakeholders for optimum impact.

**B2B2C**:

- Engage with our distribution partners to identify their goals and to help them build strategies that will build excitement for our event itinerary.
- Come up with creative ideas to pitch to the distribution partners to supplement their existing marketing activities, with the aim of maximising traffic to their events pages.
- Collaborate to develop editorial content, currently in the form of blogs but in the future to include video content.
- Encourage the widest promotion of that content to their audience.
- Collaborate with our data analyst to evaluate the strategies that work best and use that data to encourage the partner to extend the use.

**DTC for Tikety**:

- Developing and continuously improving Tikety’s marketing plan;
- Optimizing our strategies for audience segmentation, targeting and personalization.
- Managing acquisitions in collaboration with our marketing agencies to exceed customer acquisition targets across MENA;
- Ensuring we identify and resolve all leakage points in our funnel;
- Make evidence-based recommendations that continuously improve UI and UX performance in pursuit of world-leading conversion metrics. Working closely with the Development team, you will define and carry out experiments to ensure all changes are rigorously tested prior to full launch.
- Ensure we have a strategy for retargeting, retention, customer reviews and recommendations ready for the new version of the web app, where accounts will be a key feature.
- This will include developing and executing a strategy for developing a ‘Tikety community’ across the main website and across our social channels.
- You will develop and execute a plan to exploit all forms of created content for maximum exposure across all channels. This will involve close collaboration with colleagues in the editorial, content and supply teams.
