**Role Profile (Work from Home with occasional UK travel)**

Reporting into the Head of HR, the HR Advisor will take a proactive approach in supporting on a wide and varied range of HR matters.

Supporting on the delivery of the HR strategy, the role will contribute to wider business goals by ensuring all HR initiatives, processes and procedures are aligned.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support on various employee relations matters by advising on employment legislation, Citron Hygiene policies and procedures and assisting in meetings where required.
- Provide advice and recommendations in relation to absence management both short-term and long-term cases, including occupational health referrals/intervention.
- Provide support and guidance on disciplinary and grievance issues in line with company policy and escalate matters to a senior team member where required.
- Support line managers effectively manage and enhance team member performance and encourage a high-performance culture.
- Complete any necessary HR administration and HR system changes, as well as acting as a system ‘super user’ to line managers and the wider business.
- Proactively encourage team members to use the HR system as a source on HR policy and guidelines.
- Process employment changes efficiently on the HR system.
- Manage day to day HR queries through various channels (HR inbox, MS Teams etc.).
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job advertisement to formal offer.
- Driving local recruitment plans and activity including high volume recruitment campaigns.
- Take an active role in the launch of HR Initiatives which may include a focus on team member engagement, learning and development, health and wellbeing.
- Produce regular HR data reports and dashboards and analysis this data to create effective interventions where necessary.
- Champion customer service at the forefront of every interaction both internally and externally where applicable.
- Build and develop good working relationships with the business and the HR function.
- Drive own personal development and keep well-informed of latest changes and updates in employment law and HR best practice.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to articulate ideas to employees and management at all levels in a clear, concise manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple workstreams/tasks.
- Ability to plan effectively and prioritise own workload.
- Ability to build good working relationships at all levels.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with the wider HR team.
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
