The purpose of the receptionist administrator role is to provide high quality telephone and administrative services in an efficient, friendly and professional manner.

Experienced receptionist required, excellent communication skills with good telephone manner, must be able to work under pressure in a very busy environment, dealing with customers in person and on the telephone, booking in vehicles, ordering parts, producing customer invoices and other ad hoc reception and admin duties as required.

We are looking for a confident and detail orientated individual who has the ability to take initiative, be resourceful and take a pro-active approach to their work. We’ll need you to be IT literate You will need to be an excellent communicator and have good interpersonal skills as well as being flexible in your approach and attitude.

Knowledge of motor trade is an advantage, but not necessary but excellent computer skills are essential and knowledge of sage is an advantage, but not essential.

Hours are Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7.45 - 6.30pm and 2 x Saturdays 8am - 1pm

**Salary**: £21,390.00-£24,500.00 per year
