An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join our thriving UK medical manufacturing company.

**Daily duties will include, but not be limited to**:

- Answering and diverting incoming calls from the main switchboard
- Welcoming visitors and ensuring they are checked in and badges allocated
- Creating welcome signs for external visitors
- Sorting incoming and external post
- Organising and communicating lunches
- Keeping telephone and employee lists up to date and organised
- Liaising with other members of staff, and helping with other administration when required

**Desirable Experience/Qualifications**
- Experience working as a receptionist
- Experience answering and re-directing phone calls
- Confident using basic functions in Microsoft Office
- Experience using a franking machine

**Key Skills**
- Excellent communication
- A friendly approach with excellent people skills
- A high level of customer service
- Exceptional organisational skills and able to manage own workload
- Able to handle various responsibilities and administrative duties
- Familiar with Microsoft office and outlook
- Able to work in a team and on your own
- Flexibility to work additional hours to cover holiday

**Hours of Work**
- 13.5 hours per week
- Wednesday, Thursday Mornings and Friday Afternoon
- Flexibility to cover Reception Team Holiday
