This is an opportunity to join one of the leading BVSC accredited Managing Agents in the West Midlands. We are seeking an individual who can help us deliver our vision of providing the right support in the right environment. We pride ourselves on having residents who fully engage and respect the support they receive.

We are looking for a mature individual to join our team. Someone who can build relationships with adults who are experiencing challenges in their lives. Provide weekly Care, Support and Supervision. We need an individual who can manage multiple tasks and provide clear and honest support based on the assessed needs of each resident.

The post holder needs to have a flexible approach to their working hours, as this mirrors the needs of our tenants. There is an element of hybrid working to meet the needs of you and your family and the organisation.

You must be comfortable with lone working and managing your time effectively.

**The Role**

1. To meet with each resident weekly and help them achieve their support goals

2. To understand the safeguarding needs of each resident

3. Provide a level of professional support and empathy

4. To understand that Trauma has a significant impact on the opportunities and the choices made by our residents and to treat them with dignity and respect.

5. Keep weekly recordings of individual sessions, along with evidence of outcomes

6. Complete all necessary paperwork to evidence the needs of your individual residents

7. To communicate effectively with your team and senior team members to get advice and support.

**Housing/Property Management**

1. To ensure that the physical environment in each of the properties is managed and maintained to an excellent standard on a day-to-day basis. This provides the residents with the confidence that we care about their environment.

2. To ensure that access to service properties is strictly controlled where appropriate, given the needs of the client group.

4. To ensure that all service users understand their licence agreement and have the skills and knowledge to maintain the accommodation

5. To advise the Maintenance Team of any maintenance requirement within the Service properties.

6. To ensure the supported housing management policy and procedure are correctly implemented.

7. To be involved in the cleaning of houses when tenants move on

**Administration**:
**Applicant Must be able to use Microsoft Word and Excel to a proficient level and be comfortable using Google Drive**

1. To maintain daily and weekly logs and support session paperwork

2. In conjunction with the Project lead to record receipts and expenditures in the petty cash account.

3. Be responsible for a maximum of 16 residents

4. Be flexible and resourceful in their approach

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.44-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
