Our client is looking for an Administration Assistant for a permanent position, located in Aberdeen.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Full payroll process (Sage)
- General HR duties - Issuing offer letters
- Review of processes and procedures
- Health & Safety duties - Fire Warden, First Aid trained, workshop walkarounds, PPE requirements
- Document control
- Maintaining training matrix and arranging relevant training
- Facilities management/Inspection Coordination (PAT testing, Fire Extinguisher testing, equipment testing)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
