An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated administrator to work within our busy Occupational Health Team. You will be working as part of team providing financial and administrative support to the Service as well as providing useful and timely reports to the Senior clinician.

Confident, motivated and enthusiastic, you should have the ability to make decisions and adapt to change whilst contributing to the planning and delivery of the services provided by the team. You will be required to monitor workload, ensuring that work is delivered in line with set time scales, dealing with complex queries and escalating where required. You will assist with the induction process and support new team members including the creation and maintenance of SharePoint sites, processes and documents as required by a new initiative.

You will use your excellent ICT skills to maintain, develop and promote the use of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. Competent in the use of spreadsheets and databases you will be required to run, update and manipulate various complex and highly sensitive management reports and systems. You will also use your strong financial skills and clear understanding of financial regulations to aid the service. In return, you will receive full training in the use of the various in-house systems, employee benefits such as the flexitime scheme, and the chance to contribute to improving outcomes for people requiring healthcare support. The post would offer relevant insight and experience for someone interested in HR, data management and the running of a busy department.

Nottinghamshire County Council operates a hybrid working system, supporting work from home and in-office when required. The post is part time with a current working pattern of Thursday and Friday; however, this is negotiable.
