As a Customer Success Manager you will be the first point of contact for issue resolution, delivering exceptional customer support and taking ownership of issues managing them to success.

In the Customer Success Manager role you will be focused on communicating with distributors on lead times, quality and other manufacturing issues, therefore we are looking for an individual who has experience of a customer support or similar role, with provenpositive issue resolution.

We are looking for an individual who has a background of working in a Customer Service, Account Management or similar role.

Ideally as a Customer Success Manager you will be able to demonstrate that you can liaise with internal and external stakeholders, preferably in a B2B, international and multicultural environment.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home and in the office to meet the business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- First point of contact for issue resolution
- Ownership of all queries to liaise with and coordinate the Order Fulfilment, Shipping, Customer Support, Quality and Operations Teams in manufacturing
- Own and manage proactive communication with distributors
- Create, maintain and communicate business performance reports internally and externally
- Regular account calls with distributors
- Organise and coordinate new distributors’ set up

**Minimum Requirements / Qualifications**
- Good standard of English/Maths and Science at GCSE or equivalent level, grade A to D??????????????
