**ScootaMart Ltd is a mobility scooter retailer located in Preston. We currently have three websites covering the mobility sector some of which need a person with a passion for IT, good attention to detail and a good grasp of social media to drive sales and further growth. Could this be you?**

Working with some of the best-known brands in their respective fields in the UK, we have an extensive supplier portfolio and large catalogues to manage and administer.

We are a forward-thinking and ambitious team which after experiencing high growth, has led to the creation of this exciting new role: managing and maintaining websites under our brand.

**This is a multi-skilled, exciting, and creative job opportunity for anyone who loves e-commerce, social media, merchandising and preferably has experience using platforms such as Shopify, Magento or has confidence working with E-commerce content management systems.**

**This role would be ideal for someone who is currently working as part of a larger team and wants more independence & the opportunity to put forward their ideas and be heard.**

**Unlike other companies we aren’t going to ask for 5 years’ experience in the same role if you think you could be great at this we encourage you to apply 20 years’ experience has taught us the best people often don’t come from the first place you look.**

You will embrace making proactive and positive decisions while reporting directly to directors, you will work to ensure our websites & marketplaces are operating at their full potential. This role is ideal for someone who wants to take projects and tasks from concept to completion and see the results of their work. This role also offers future career growth within the company.

**Skills**:

- Managing and maintaining a portfolio of several hundred products across multiple channels
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, JS and understanding of the fundamentals of SEO will give you the edge in securing this role.
- Development and implementation of key online marketing strategies, including social media and PPC campaigns
- Ensuring all product listings and marketing material is correct, up to date and fully merchandised
- Confident working directly with suppliers on all aspects of site management and the customer order journey
- A keen eye for detail, and the ability to identify new sales opportunities to drive new business
- The ability to self-manage workloads.
- Experience and confidence working within a similar online eCommerce business is a bonus but not strictly a requirement, if you think there is a skills overlap that qualifies you we encourage you to apply.

Full training on products and internal systems will be provided. You will be supported by our team throughout Working hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

**Salary**: Up to £32,000.00 per year
