**Role Overview**
As an Event Executive, your purpose is to manage co-ordination of all aspects of activity and planning around conferences, events, seminars and exhibitions. You will play an integral part in making sure the event is successful and provide insights of event successful to stakeholders.
This position will be a great learning opportunity for someone at the start of their career who is looking to get exposure to both pre and post event elements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for co-ordination of all aspects of activity and planning around conferences, managing the planning of all events, seminars, webinars and exhibitions where the group has p[presence
- Managing the delivery of post event and follow up processes.
- Organise and support the running of all in house webinars.
- Manage the design brief and sign off processes for all merchandise items, ensuring all current stock is compliant.
**Key Skills**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both oral and written
- First-Class IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- High level of Initiative, Creativity and self-motivation
- Previous experience in a Financial Services industry, ideally in a pro-active sales environment (Desirable)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 29-35 per week
