About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Manu Forti. As an Event Sales Manager, you will be responsible for working on our established events portfolio, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow our events portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring maximum client retention and rebook targets are met.
  • Travel to competitor events, both in the UK and internationally, to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless event execution and delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working on B2B events, ideally trade shows.
  • Proven track record of sales success and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
