**POSITION OVERVIEW**

The Internal Communications & Engagement Coordinator is a key new role within our London HR team responsible for positively promoting SEGA through a varied range of channels and activities which will appeal to the internal team, the broader industry and prospective employees.

This position is key to the development of a new phase in SEGA’s approach in promoting a programme and annual plan of company communications activities across various channels including internal events (e.g., monthly All Hands meetings, and annual Bafta presentations, desk drops & product launches as well as Weekly Company Communications, Social Media Activity, supporting on community and recruitment outreach and CSR activity.

The remit is broad, offering a wealth of opportunity to make a significant impact. The successful applicant will be a strong copywriter, astute, fast-working, results-driven and mindful of the value of our band heritage.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Support internal communications activities, including content for usage on the SEGALife intranet and in team communiques
- Development and management of company briefing materials and key messaging.
- Manage content for internal and external SEGA websites, social media, and external materials, to ensure a positive representation of the company, its team and its facilities.
- Develop strong library of creative assets to support studio and recruitment communications activities, whether created in-house, or in partnership with external suppliers.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive approach to projects and activities, from conception, pitch-planning and outreach, through to delivery, results and reporting.
- Work closely and nurture positive working relationships with the internal teams (including, but not limited to, the HR, PR & Marketing, Creative Services, Web, Community and Senior Leadership teams to ensure cross-team integration and complimentary planning and execution of campaign.
- Proactively identify fresh opportunities and approaches to support SEGA’s communications, for consideration toward future planning.
- Develop & coordinate content for, and host, monthly/annual company ‘all hands’ events.
- Collaborate with internal Engagement teams to develop and coordinate a calendar of employee engagement events, e.g. product launches, employee inductions, celebrations etc.
- Collaborate with internal employee representative groups to develop a calendar of ED&I events & communications.
- Management of relevent administration, invoicing and other ad hoc daily tasks

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

ESSENTIAL
- Previous business and corporate communications experience, both external
- and internal
- facing.
- Demonstrable experience of professional social media communications planning and rollout.
- Strong writing, admin and reporting skills.
- Strong verbal and presentation skills.
- Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to create and maintain good relationships
- Being comfortable and at ease in front of camera and a live audience
- Appreciation of the importance of monitoring & measurement of engagement activity.
- Appreciation of SEGA’s brand heritage and history
- Desire and ambition to build a career within the Internal Communications/Engagement field.

DESIRABLE
- Experience within the consumer technology and/or the creative and gaming industries.
- Demonstrable experience as a corporate spokesperson, to varied audiences including media.
- Love of gaming and SEGA’s products and studios.
- Experience (front or behind camera) of YouTube/Twitch or other video content platforms.
- Experience developing/managing Discord channels.
