Administrator (Maternity Cover)

This is an exciting opportunity to join our 'Outstanding' team and be in a pivotal position to enable the smooth running of the nursery as a whole, working the hours of 8am to 1pm. This role is to cover 9 -10 month maternity leave with potential to permanent work.
You may one day be in a customer facing position, responsible for welcoming parents and children, to liaising with all nursery and head office employees the next.

Due to the varied nature of the role you must have superb customer service capabilities, combined with an ability to pick up new systems quickly as we use a bespoke nursery management system.
You must have a proven track record in a financial administration role involving invoicing, credit control, managing petty cash and be proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel)
You must be organised, unflappable, flexible, in short an admin God/Goddess.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 10 months
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: £7.63-£10.61 per hour
