Operating for over 75 years from within West Yorkshire, Victor Manufacturing Ltd are a long established, family owned and operated, manufacturer of catering equipment & servery counters, supplying a number of prestigious clients both nationally and internationally.

**The Role**

As the accounts / purchasing administrator you will be responsible for:

- Handling and Managing invoices and invoice queries
- Three-way matching and coding
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Developing the skills needed to ensure that materials are delivered on time, in full and to the correct quality ensuring that all requisitions are processed within the agreed timescales.
- Learn how to prepare, issue, and evaluate quotations in response to received requisitions.

**Hours of Work**

7:30am - 4:00pm (Monday to Thursday)
7:30am - 3:00pm (Fridays)
