**Hours**:Monday to Thursday**:

Office Angels Bradford are partnering with a family run Manufacturing company.
We are currently looking for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their friendly finance team at an exciting time of growth You will be working within a fantastic office environment and be offered an early finish on Fridays
**Your day-to-day duties will include**:
- Logging, maintaining and filing invoices
- Payment authorisation
- Payment processing
- Posting and monitoring petty cash
- Investigating purchase ledger queries
- Creating company reports
- Liaising with suppliers
- Maintaining the accuracy of vendor details
- Processing personal and company expenses
- Promptly resolving queries with invoices/suppliers
Are proud of their customer service skills
- Excellent time-keeping
- Enjoy using their own Initiative and have a high level of attention to detail
- Have competency with Microsoft Office and Excel - SAGE 50 experience would be ideal
