**What will you be doing as a Customer Service Support Officer?
- Being the 1st contact for NHS staff who need assistance resolving issues with their payslips
- Using your great customer service skill to take full details about what the issue is and update it on the systems
- Discussing confidential payroll and wage issues with NHS staff
- Using your great attention to detail skills to pass onto correct departments

**What skills and experience would you need as a Customer Service Support Officer?**
- Enjoy using your confidant telephone manner and personality into the calls
- Have worked in a Customer Service, Administration or Data Entry positions
- You enjoy having a laugh, are chatty and bubbly and work hard

** You must be able to provide proof of a Maths and English GCSE in order to be considered**
