We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Admin to join a leading company. This is a temporary position with the view of going permanent after 12 weeks. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to their team. The rate of pay is 11.44 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone
- Make outbound calls to follow up with potential customers
- Assist customers with product or service-related questions and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information
- Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary
- Multitask efficiently to handle a high volume of customer interactions, maintaining a positive and friendly demeanour at all times
- To always ensure a strong and positive customer experience
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Confident and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to handle customer inquiries with patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent multitasking skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
