An interesting and varied opportunity in the Finance team for a national business, based at their head quarters in #**Stevenage**, Herts.

This job sits in the Purchase Ledger team but with your own remit of responsibility for monitoring, analysing and the payment of utility bills for a large number of centres around the UK and working with the business's insurance broker to process a number of motor and personal injury claims.

Your work will require a lot of interaction with internal departments and suppliers and to be part of team who take their share in various departmental tasks, such as phones and greeting visitors.

You should have a keen eye for anomalies, be efficient at 'sorting things out' and a confident user of Excel spreadsheets for this job.

Some previous Accounts department experience would also be relevant.
